Breakfast #4: Bananarama

I discuss twitter and the benefits of limitations while eating a banana and drinking coffee.

Do you limit yourself? How so?

A banana? As if that fills you up! You're going to be hungry again in about 17 minutes! However, bananas are good for combating depression and they have a lot of potassium, so I can't totally fault you for eating this wonder of a fruit. Maybe just have 2 or 3 next time. It would make me feel better.....literally.

  2. Laura, to ease your worry: I brought another banana to work with me. I'll make sure I'm well nourished.

  3. When's the spam breakfast?

I agree. Limitations can be a good kickstart for creativity. The early morning limitations seem to be serving you well.

And that breakfast battle. It's brewing. Details soon. Study up on your early '80s DJ footage.

  4. If you are not used to eating bananas everyday it can give you some amazing flatulence. I had to look that up to make sure I spelled it correctly. I was right! :)

  5. Was pointed your way by Consumatron. I've only had the chance to watch a few videos so far, but I have enjoyed them and look forward to watching more.

Regarding limitations: I absolutely agree with you there. Much of my most creatively rewarding work has been done with some sort of limitation either imposed by myself or by the equipment at my disposal. Or both. See? If this were twitter, I would have had to find a way to make this entire comment much smaller. But it's not, so I won't.

Thanks again, looking forward to more!

  6. I just realized that there is a roll of toilet paper on the table by your closet. Is your toilet in your closet?

I've lived in some pretty small apartments here in Chicago, but boy, did you get the ass-end of Chicago apartment living if that's the case.
