I'm Canadian, and we have a rep of giving small tips. My rule is this: 20% for standard and good service. Maybe a bit less for bad service. And it's easy to figure out. Just take 10% and then multiply by 2. (Also, rounding up to the nearest dollar makes things nicer, too.) I like your style, Craig. Good stuff.
